The questions that hold people back, in 30 seconds

How long does identity verification take?

Once, in the app: an ID document and a selfie. A member of the team reviews the file, usually the same day, and you get a notification as soon as it is done.

Does the card work on PayPal, Netflix, Facebook Ads?

Netflix, Spotify (via Google Pay), Facebook and Instagram ads, Google, AWS, Canva, Shein, AliExpress, Google Play and the App Store accept the card. PayPal generally accepts prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards, but every platform may refuse one: start with a small amount.

How much does a card cost, and are there hidden fees?

Every card $2.30 (€2.02), ordered with a first top-up of at least $7.66 (€6.75) that goes onto the card. After that, a top-up fee from 6% down to 5% depending on the amount (minimum $0.77, or €0.67, your operator's commission included) and a fixed commission per payment ($0.35 for purchases up to $10, taken from your next top-up), with no monthly fee. Everything is shown before you confirm; nothing is charged without being announced.

I am on iPhone, what can I do?

Open the web app from Safari and add it to your home screen: same cards, same account, nothing to install. The native iOS app comes later; leave your e-mail at the bottom of the page to be notified.
