Top-up fees are a percentage that goes down as the top-up grows, from 6% to 5%, never under $0.77 (€0.67), and your operator's commission is included: the amount shown is exactly what your operator asks you. Fees in dollars are kept aside on the card, taken from your next top-up and visible in its history. Pricing revised in September 2026: payment commission sharply reduced on small purchases ($0.35 under $10, taken from your next top-up), no monthly card fee, and a VIP subscription that gets cheaper the longer you stay.

Exchange rate+ 13%over the interbank rate
$1 ≈ 653 FCFA today, the real price of a dollar here, always shown before you confirm. Same for both plans. This percentage covers the whole conversion to dollars: no other exchange fee on our side, and the dollar amount credited is known before you pay. Note: a payment in another currency than the dollar (rupees, euros...) or to a merchant outside the United States also costs the card network's foreign exchange fee, currently $0.50 plus 2.5% of the amount, taken when the purchase settles.

Your Mobile Money operator's commission is included in our fee and is never added on top: for $38.30 added to the card, you pay the equivalent of $40.60 (€35.75), not a cent more. Payment is made in FCFA with Mobile Money, at our rate, and the app shows the exact amount your operator will ask before you confirm.

Per top-up, with Mobile Money or in crypto. In crypto: 4% + 1.5 USDT per top-up, from 3 USDT (only 4% on a new card's initial amount). In the app, you get your own crypto address: every USDT or USDC you send to it tops up your card automatically. USDT on Tron (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Solana, Polygon or Ethereum (ERC20); USDC on Solana, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum.

Example, Standard plan: $38.30 added to your card costs $40.60, fee of $2.30 (6%) included (€35.75 including €2.02), paid with Mobile Money at our rate. For $153.19 added, the fee drops to 5.84%: $162.14 in total (€142.79), including an $8.95 fee. Then a $9.99 subscription costs a $0.35 fee (free on VIP), never taken during the purchase: it comes out of your next top-up. Dollar and euro amounts follow our rate of the day.
